Exchange policy of purchased item:
If you want to exchange the products which you have purchased from our website, you can send them back to our online store address or contact our customer support.
BLACK HUMAN allows the following conditions in which you can exchange your products:
- If the customer has a complaint or requests an exchange of the product within 7 working days.
- The reason should be mentioned on the exchange request that why you want to exchange the product.
- The price tag and product packing should be undamaged.
- The product should be returned with all the materials that were shipped.
- The original receipt of the exchange product should be sent along with the product.
- It should have no signs that can indicate that the product has been used or washed.
- The cost of sending back the package will be borne by the customer.
- The new product that you want to buy should be of similar or less cost than the exchanged product.
Note: The products that you have purchased on the sale will not be exchanged at any cost.
BLACK HUMAN has the right to refuse or accept the exchange request. The customer will be notified upon the request for exchange acceptance.
Return policy of purchased items:
No return of the product will be processed. You will be given a 7 days, within that period you can claim the damage to the product with a solid reason or return the product.
